Love of Gardening Event
Join the Lake Country Garden Club for its inaugural LOVE OF GARDENING event, held Saturday, April 11th 2026 from 9am - 2pm.
This day will be filled with learning and growing to inspire gardeners of all experience levels. We can’t wait to see you at George Elliot Secondary School for this engaging community event.
Events in the Community
The club members spend time organizing two large events in Lake Country. Both events are attended by the public at large and feature all things gardening. Funds raised support club operations, educational opportunities and community projects.
Annual Spring Plant Sale
Our annual plant sale is held the Saturday before Mother’s Day from 9am to noon. 2026’s sale is Saturday, May 9th at Swalwell Park. Perennials, annuals, cut flowers and other gardening items are for sale. Our club members are also on hand to answer any gardening question you might have.

Join us for your first meeting!
The club meets every third Thursday at 7pm at the Oceola Fish and Game club at 11888 McGowan Road In Lake County BC. First meeting of the 2026 season is March 19th with a guest speaker.
